Northumberland, Alnwick Gardens, Poisons Garden July 2007 In addition to conventional gardens, Alnwick Gardens has a Poison Gardens, which houses lots of plants that can be harmful to humans and animals. It is an interesting tour during which an experienced member of staff talks you through the dangers of individual plants. I apologise for not taking many photographs, but it would have been ignorant of me in view of the fact that we were all listening to the tour guide.
